Chances of getting STD after protected sex with a sew worker

Doc, I am writing this in great regrets and anxiety. I was so stupid to had gone to a massage parlor in China during my business trip about 6 days ago. This was a very crappy place, towels and sheets look dirty. The women washed my genital area in the shower with body lotion, and also cleaned herself, in the same manner as she cleaned me I assume.

I received oral from her with condom on the whole time, then she put on a new condom for me and jumped on. I tried to not to have any skin contact with her initially, but I am sure there has been contact between her thighs and my genital area. I also noticed a large amount of her fluid on my testicles during the course. I am almost certain the condom was on the whole time and come out intact. But I can't guarantee there is no contact at the base on my penis. I washed couple times thoroughly after the encounter as I regretted immediately after.

I couldn't inspect the sex worker accurately for signs of STDs as the light was dim. I did touch her genital area briefly. After the encounter until now(6 days), I haven't had any type of symptoms described online. I did notice a very tiny bump on my foreskin, skin- colored, no pain or itch, haven't changed shape or size since I spotted it ( about 4 days already). I don't know if it has been there before, but I have scheduled to see my doctor soon.

My question is, how big of a chance do you think I have to get any type of STDs, especially those that transmit through skin contact, such as herpes and genital warts? I am extremely scared and worried, I love my wife very much and we are planning to have kid. Don't want to let anything bad happen to her. I read online that skin contact and fluid contact could be all it takes to get the STD and I am devastated right now. Could that tiny bump be some sort of sign of any STD? Also I know 6 or 7 days may be too early to get accurate result for STD tests but I still want to do it for a peace of mind. Do you have any advice on that? Thank you vey much!

thanks Vance. It is such a moronic thing for me to do! Now I am in deep concern and anxiety.

Your risk was low from condom use. Really only HPV, herpes and syphilis. Herpes-3 months, Syphilis-6 weeks.
I see nothing that makes me think you have a STD at this point.
