Cold sore caused by giving a ********?

Ok, I've been recently giving a new fella who I don't know very well unprotected blow jobs (about 3.) We've not had full on sex. The next day after giving him his third ********, I noticed that I have a cold sore below my teeth. I also have cold like symptoms (like phlem, sore throat, coughs, etc.) I may just have a cold, but I hardly EVER get cold sores and I find it odd that I get one after giving this guy **'s. He *** in my mouth all times and I remember it being thick and white.

I'm not very experienced sexually and am terrified I've caught something from him, so some reassurance would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks :)

I Googled Canker Sores & it looks like I've found my little problem! I've also just got over a cold so I think that's what caused it. I don't know his STD status, but I've not seen anything unusual about his dangly bits. But I know not to have unprotected sex ;)

Thank you so much for your help and reassurance!

You should google canker sores to see if it looks like what you have.

If it doesn't look like that, get checked.

Has your bf been tested?

Thanks for your fast reply! I was tested about a month ago for STD's and all tests taken came back negative. Since then I've only given this guy **'s. But since getting this sore *which is white* in my mouth I've stopped doing them; but to be honest I think it's a mouth ulcer. (Are mouth ulcers and canker sores the same thing?) I think it's an ulcer because I think I have a cold (I have a cough, I keep coughing up phlegm and I have a sore throat.)

As for cold sores, I don't think I've ever had one. (I got confused and mixed cold sore with ulcer/ canker sore. lol!)

The other thing this could be is an oral syphilis sore.  You should probably get it checked.

Cold sores are usually on the lips, or just inside them.  Where you are describing could be a canker sore.  Is it white?

If you've had cold sores before, you already have oral herpes type 1, and you can't get it again.  While the guy may have genital herpes type 2, it very rarely infects the mouth, so I wouldn't worry about that at all.

Either this is a canker sore, not at all related to sexual activity, or a cold sore recurrence for you.

Since you aren't sure about his std status, why don't you both get tested?
