Curious

i week ago i had protected vaginal intercourse with a high risk prostitute. I smelled a nasty smell afterwards and there was some white residue on my shirt. Two days after got a really bad sinus infection and told my doctor about the situation. He gave me antibiotics and its the 5th day ive been using them. However three days after the encounter i have the urge for frequent urination, my urine is really yellow, what looks to be thrush in my mouth, and both eyes itch every now and then. I also have a clear, scentless, sticky discharge that comes out of my penis although its not often at all. Could i have gotten an STD even thoguh the condom was entact and did not break during intercourse? Or could it be a yeast infection? I read that yeast infections can spread by skin contact and by touching your genitals and spreading it to your eyes and mouth. My scrotum is red and the head of my penis is a bit red. Is this possibly a yeast infection i spread with my hands?

It does sound more like yeast then a STD.
