Curious

I have had interesting symptoms for about 6 months now and I've been to multiple doctors to try and figure out the cause.  I have been having a weird bloating/cramping feeling that is off and on.  It seems to me that it is my bladder, it gets worse around and right after my period and I often go in the middle of the night.  I went to an Urgent Care center and they tested my urine for any type of infection, including chlamydia and everything came back fine.  The symptoms are still occurring.  There is no burning during urination and no out of the ordinary discharge that I have noticed.  I am starting to worry if it could be something related to an STD.  I have only had unprotected sex once.  Like I said, it seems to be my bladder because I go pretty often and there is a pressure on it especially at night.  After I go at night my bladder aches for a little bit after.  Is there any way this could be an STD? The urine test was negative for Chlamydia but I am still worried.  I feel like it could potentially be something like interstitial cystitis or something along those lines.

Just be relaxed for the rest of the night. I am sure they will help you. If you need expert advice, you can either pay a fee for an expert opinion or simply address it to the attending physician.

ok, great idea. thank you! i was just worried because of things i read online saying chlamydia can go undetected for years..and the time i am worried about was almost 2 years ago.  i also worried myself about a false-negative. but i have a feeling it is more bladder related.  i just worry myself sick about stds even though i have a negative and ive been with the same partner for a year and a half. i'm going to the gyno i think just in case to ease my mind. i dont think it could be any std besides chlamydia/gonorrhea, but it seems unlikely. thanks a lot for the advice and any other opinions would greatly help.

You may need a urologist to examine you. If it has been six months, this can no way be std related and your tests further backs up the opinion.
