Difficulty urinating an pain in testicle

I have testicle pain, I am having difficulty urinating, and I only manage to urinate bit by bit the whole day. And I felt pain on the tip. I have my normal urine test came out to be no uti. I am seeing a urology this Wednesday and was wondering should I tell him about my exposure someone oral me one month plus ago. I have no pus when I urinate. I am not sure if this is std related. Pls help me

Yes you should tell him, but I doubt this is STD related.

Because the head of my penis have abit rash and dry skin too. It's not blistery nor ichy...
