Discharge but tested negative

About 20 years ago I had white discharge coming from the head of my penis. I went to get tested and the results were negative. This has continued with discharge showing when I wake up since my first test and occasion tiny clear blisters which can be itchy but go in a couple of days. On these tests there didn't appear to be any discharge beforehand but after the dreaded ear bud down the urine passage it started again regularly throughout the day for a few days after. I've also given a urine sample to my doctor 3 times in this time which showed white stuff floating around in the sample. All of these have come back negative also. I've had 3 std tests since the first time, when the discharge is happening again, and each one has come back negative. My girlfriend of the last 5 years has had 2 std tests which also came back negative. I do wish I had a positive result so these symptoms would finally be sorted instead of wondering all the time.

Would really appreciate any info

Some discharge in the mornings is normal for men, but maybe they need to check your prostate or culture your urine to see if anything grows.

I have something similar like that too. I've gotten tested multiple times the past 3 years. I'm starting to feel embarrassed when I goto the doctor to get tested again. I kinda know where my problem came from and found a solution to it but it didn't work the second time. Last year I had an encounter with my ex and few days later i had a clear discharge. and would have irritation after urinating. I got tested for STDs came out negative. I decided to take some Augmentin 875 I had at home I took it for 4 days and it went away and didn't come back. a few weeks ago  something happened again with my ex, I tried the same meds again it went away for a few days but now it's back. Now I just need to goto the doctor to get tested again and probably going to get negative results again.
