Hi, I would like to know what are the possibilities that I had to contract these symptoms?
After a sauna, which I made oral and anal sex, this last one suposely protected, I did went many times in and out of a hot sauna and many times went directly to the shower, a cold shower. I stayed 5 ours in the sauna. After 3 days from that,I got a fever 38c , sore throat and a headache and some deep chills, by the same day I went to the hospital and I took a shot, which by the way these symptoms went away in the same day. after that I started to worry about STD´s and I really got frustrated. so after 43 days from sauna, I had some rashes in my penis but it was a ulcer rash. I also have herpes from 2 years ago( I dont know if that ulcer was herpes cause it was a little bit different). I dont know if my frustration made this ulcers to show up.

I see no indication of a STD infection, but some STD's do not have to show symptoms. Never a bad idea to test. Have an oral swab done for oral gonorrhea and a blood test done for syphilis. Also have a Dr give you an exam.

What do you think it could be? do you think it could be herpes that I got 2 years ago and due to my stress it came back but quickier? cause I read somewhere that herpes comes 4,5 times per year, but each time more weak. By analyzing my symptoms do you think it could be ARS? or probably STD´s that you have mention
Well from oral sex you run the risk of gonorrhea, herpes and syphilis. It is low risk but possible. Since nothing was done to your penis you would not have any symptoms there.
