Freaking out !!

Hello
I am a married women and did a stupid mistake and stepped outside my marriage one time back in the ends of May 2015 I only did oral , and  I already had an appointment with my doctor for a  physical she did all the std work up and that was done like 2 or 3  after the encounter, all test where negative including HIV, but now I'm freaking out because I have been experiencing headaches and my body gets hot but only like my chest and up gets hot , no fever , no chills,no flu like symptoms what's so ever but it only happens when I'm alone with my thoughts if I keep busy I don't experience anything  ,. I know my HIV results are negative but my mind has been running wild and have been doing online research ) I know big no no )  . I'm not sure if it my own anxiety or if something is wrong oh and I also have a pituitary tumor and having no treatment . I need help

Your symptoms are probably due to anxiety. You tested in the correct period for chylamidia and gonorrhea.oral sex is not a risk for hiv ( you can post in the hiv prevention forum for more reassurance). Herpes and syphillis are only really a concern if there was a sore or chauncer. Highly unlikely though.but syphillis is 6 weeks and herpes at 3 months.
