General Fatigue and Groin Ache

Hi, I'm a 23 year old male living in the UK.  About week and a half ago I had unprotected sex once with a girl after a night out.
About 6 days later I started developing the following symptoms and have had them since (12 days after sex):
Extreme fatigue as if I have got a cold
Slight throbbing ache on both sides of my neck occasionally (but not a sore throat)
Lack of appetite
Mild headache
Acheing pain in my lower back
Acheing pain in my groin
Constant acheing pain in what I think is my prostate
Lack of interest in sex

Other then that nothing else really.  I was wondering what people thought was the likelyhood of it being HIV based on my symptoms. The main symptom is by far extreme fatigue, with the acheing in my groin a close second. I've ordered a chlamydia and gonorrhoea test and was wondering whether it is overly worth having an HIV one. I know it's best to anyway just incase, but I'd be terrified waiting on the results for it and if there's not much chance if it being HIV based on my symptoms would rather not go through that.  Thanks

All HIV questions need to be posted in the HIV community, see the link above. I will say that all of the above symptoms have no relation to a STD except for the frequent urination which could be a symptom og gonorrhea or chlymida.

Sorry, I've also had a more frequent need to urinate as well, but no pain when I do so.
