Gonorrhea From Oral Sex / How long after meds?

I am a male.  A week or so after receiving oral sex from a woman, I began having burning/itching sensation inside my penis, towards the head.  A discharge followed that was slightly dark.

I took 1gm of Azithromycin (in the rare chance that Chlamydia was a possibility), and took a 400mg Suprax, followed by a second 400mg Suprax for good measure.  This seems to be the popular treatment combo suggested by doctors and the CDC.

My questions are:

Is there benefit to taking additional Suprax, if I have extra, to be sure?

How long after taking these medicines should my symptoms go away?  It has been 24 hrs or so since I took the Suprax, and 48 or so since the Azithrymycin, and I still have some discharge.

What is the possibility that the symptoms I described could have been caused by something other than chlamydia/gonorrhea?

Lastly, for how long after taking the medication will I be contagious to others?

Thank you.

I am not going to address your medication questions because you need testing to properly diagnosis a STD.

My advice is if you still have symptoms in 1 week then test. If not then what you took cured what you had.

What you can get from oral sex is gonorrhea, NGU, herpes and syphilis. Gonorrhea and NGU are the most common.

Oh, and as an addendum to the next-to-last question: what STDs are likely transferrable via oral sex (considering I did indeed get something urethra-based).
