Have clymedia-only been with one person-are there other causes??

Hi
So I am a young college student and I have only been with one guy sexually. I got tested and have clymedia, and have no idea how I could have contracted this. Are there other ways other than oral sex and sex to get this std?? My boyfriend has not been folling around with anyone, because he told me he has not and its weird that I have this. We have been together for four years so I trust him and know he would feel bad if he did and let me know!! He used to msoke massive amounts of weed, and did cocaine. He did cocaine almost every night and shared coke straws and pipes with god knows how many people. Could I have gotten this because he shared everything with others? And coke strawsm since they were shoved up peoples noses. Thanks!! I really want to know.

If you are not with him while he is out on his binges, how do you know other than his word he is not cheating?  Marijuana and cocaine are drugs and severely affect your ability to make decisions.  And for some people, the drugs are sexually stimulating.  How do I know?  I was married to a cocaine addict. And I was around it a lot also.  I am not saying that it is impossible for your boyfriend to stay committed to you but don't be naive.  If he is into the party life and you are not, it is a lost cause.  Marijuana and cocaine are drugs that are most enjoyed socially.  That means women and men would be together.  So, the drugs are most likely not the only things being shared.

Chlamydia is only transmitted sexually. ONLY sexually.  Your boyfriend needs to be tested and treated if he has it. If he has it and you continue to have unprotected sex with him, you will stand a chance of getting it again. And that can potentially affect your fertility in the future.

have you been going for regular yearly exams ? what led to you being tested?

you only get chlamydia through sexual contact. It's not something you get any other way.
