Hepatitis B

Do you recommend hep B vaccinations for sexually active people who aren't in high risk populations for it?

I say get it.

The reason for that is not only sexual transmission.  Hep B is found in blood.  You could have another type of blood exposure - car accident, someone cutting themselves, etc - and be exposed that way.

If you ever travel, its required in many places.
