Herpes or no?

Thanks for taking the time to answer this question. I am getting these almost pimple-like bubbles on my scrotum. I do not have alot of them, and they are where I grow pubic hair. I think it might be a sebaceous cyst or ingrown hair. But it might be herpes. I have never been tested but I have only slept with 2 people and I am almost sure neither of them have any STDs. They are rough and I have tried to pop them but it is not easy. They do not puss or irritate me in any way shape or form. They do bleed a bit though. Again, they only appear after shaving or when my hair is growing back in. Thanks.

This doesn't sound like herpes. It sounds more like a bacterial infection or some sort or even perhaps molluscum/contagiosum or something.  You should see your doctor to find out what is going on.
