Herpes?

I did have oral sex sometime a few months before summer this year, un protected with a girl who does have HSV 1, at the time she didnt have a cold sore.
Well my concern is that at the base of my penis I have somewhat pinkish white skin, I have has this "rash" since a few months before august. never had any pain in the area, burning either, and doesnt itch a lot, but once in awhile it does, I never had any pain ful pimples or whatever in the area, whithin the months of having oral sex, one thing that concerns me, it seems I have a small redish/pink pimple in the pinkish area, no tingling, no burning, no pain at touch, no itching at all, on the pimple or in the area. Could this just be Acne?

Knowing Genital Herpes, I've been very very worried ever since I noticed the "rash", I looked it up a lot, to see if I have any signs or symptoms, and I don't think I do have Genital Herpes, being that the first outbreak is the worst and shows up within the first few weeks of encounter of the virus.

Could anybody help, I can't really tell parents about this either, I did speak with my Mom though, telling her about some pimples on the penis. So I can't go to the doctor.

The rash has lasted a few months?  A Herpes outbreak will run its course in about 1-2 weeks.  This doesn't sound like Herpes.  Also, STD symptoms don't itch "once in a while".  If it were Herpes you would have focused outbreaks that would last 1-2 weeks and then go into remission, usually for months at a time.

Also, have you ever had a cold sore?  If you have HSV1 orally you can't contract it genitally.
