How soon after sex should you test for STD to get a promising result

I plan to test for EVERYTHING. I've just recently confessed to my girlfriend for cheating on her. When I cheated on her, I had unprotected oral sex, but protected vaginal sex.

I do however, wish to test for everything. How many weeks should I wait since encouter to get a conclusive result? 4 months for herpes? That long?

Also, there seems to be 2 very small white dots on my penis. They are surrounded by a pink rash. These are very tiny. Could this be genital warts?
