I am desperate, please help me: What's my risk of having contracted an STD?

Dear Community,

please help me. I can hardly eat or sleep. I have not felt this bad in my entire life.

I am a predominantly heterosexual male in a committed relationship with a girl I plan to marry.

Last week I went to a local swimming pool. After I was done, I headed to the showers and a gay man approached me. I suddenly found myself in a situation where we were masturbating each other. At one point he rubbed our penisses together for a few seconds. We then continued masturbating each other until we both ejaculated. I got his semen on my hand and forearm...

I was deeply disturbed after the incident and through up minutes later. Ever since I've been worrying about having contracted an STD of some sort. I have read, that there was virtually no risk of contracting HIV, but can I be sure? What about other STDs? I am worried about losing my girlfriend or even worse, giving her an STD. I haven't slept with her since because I am so afraid. I am afraid of losing her, if I tell her what happened.

Please. I am truly desperate. I will never do anything like this again!

Should I get tested!?
