I'm having a lot of anxiety because I feel I may be infected with something.

I don't know when it started but it sure wasn't like this when I was a kid. When I some stand up to pee my pee comes out like a splash, it has one stream going right into the toilet, while a spray coming out at the same time, and this sprays towards my thighs, floor, toilet seat cover. By the end of it, no matter how much I try to aim for the toilet, at the end its a big mess. The floors are covered in urine that was splashing from the top of my urethra. Also it feels really weird, something is off. I think I have an infection or something. I had unprotected oral about 10 months from a female I knew nothing about. Why oh why did I do it... It must be her that is making this happen to me... is it? What do I have? I can't even pee in the urinals because my **** will splash and people might notice and see the mess :(

I also have little whitish bumbs under my penile shaft. Are these normal? They show more as bumbs when I stretch the skin or have an erection.

What else? my life is pretty damaged I need your guys help seriously if you can help me get through this I would appreciate it so much. When I'm in public and think about the fact I could have an std, and how I can't even pee properly I start to get nervous and sweat and I just feel like a mess. I'm not myself and I've been like this for many months now.

My bladder feels full in the mornings, and when I wake up to pee it stings not the type of sting which makes me go ouch but I can notice it. However this only occurs in the morning, and afterward's my pee is ok. However it always has small bubbles in it. I don't know what I have!! but something sure feels off.

Lastly the tip of my penis, had a red puffy side a couple months back and I could see a very tiny red spot, however that's gone now.

Confused, maybe its all anxiety maybe it sure as hell is something.

I say a std won't cause these issues and then you ask specifically about std's causing these issues.

follow up with your provider if you are concerned. honestly this sounds like you are making more of it than it needs to be.

If nothing has happend, for herpes I would say your good to say your safe.  However that's on you.  Your always free to test, I think you should test anyway a negative test will assure you confidence that you don't have herpes.   Gential warts is the same.  But you can't get tested for HPV unless you have a wart.
One can have gonnorrhea and have not discharge.  Also one can have chlamydia and no discharge.

a std will not cause these sorts of urination issues.

if you are concerned, see your provider or an urologist for a proper evaluation.

meanwhile, perhaps sitting down to pee is in your best interest .
