Is it a STD or something else?

OK, so I'm a young woman (still a virgin) and I'm nearing the end of my period. In the shower I noticed a single bump on my vulva. It was not painful until I began messing with it and it then it opened and began bleeding. It is now smaller and has no discharge. It looks almost like a pimple but it won't pop like one.  It dose not look like an ingrown hair either.

I'm terrified I caught a STD through a inanimate object. I live with my dad, my dads girlfriend, and my brother all of whom I know have been sexually active in the last few months. I share a shower with my brother, his last girlfriend was a total **** btw) but she said she has no STD's after recently being tested. Anyways, I suspect my brother recently used my shower poof and maybe my razor but I am uncertain (it would not be uncommon for him).

Basically what im asking is that is this a weird symptom of my period? Did I somehow catch a STD via my shower items? Or is it something completely different?

Just to reiterate, I have never had sex (oral, vaginal, or anal) and I have never even kissed anyone. The bump randomly appeared days offer my brother last used the shower. And I know it just developed today or maybe yesterday.

Hi, you cannot contract any std without having imtimate sex. Thats why its called Sexually transmitted diseases.. Most likely from your period.
