Is this a risk

21 days ago,i performed a protected vaginal sex and unprotected  cunnilingus oral sex (i had an ulcer and cut in my mouth)on a russian prostitute,i have the following symptoms:
1-mild generalized itching with no rash at day 3 post exposure that continued for almost 10 days and stopped.
2- at day 17 i developed a mild fever 37.3 c ,swollen lymph nodes firstly of neck and then the axillary lymph nodes, diarrhea and colic with sever weight loss.
3-some sores in the mouth.
At day 6 i made some tests of herpes 1 and 2, syphilis vrdl and the results were all negative.
I tried to make a gonnorhea and chlamidya throat swab but the test is not available in my country
Should i test for hiv,i am very scared, and what is the risk of contracting the virus
