I have itching eyes, a frequent dull ache in my testicles (and once or twice over the last few days a short sharp pain in my penis) and I had a rash on the head of my penis.
The rash on my penis was the first noticeable symptom, there were perhaps 20 tiny red spots which eventually formed tiny white heads. They formed immediately after I had unprotected oral sex, protected sex, protected anal sex with someone, and used my hand on both of our genitals. It was not painful so the doctor suggested that it was a skin condition due to poor hygiene, I think it was pronounced 'balisis' or something along the lines of that, and I have since been using a cream which almost immediately made the spots disappear.
I have also had very itchy eyes for the past week. The anal sex went dramatically wrong and involved feces, the doctor I saw suggested that I thus may have conjunctivitus. However the itch has not gone away, and there was only crispy yellow gunk sticking my eyes together the first night that they started itching.
After seeing the doctor I developed a frequent dull ache and possibly swelling (it is hard to tell) in my testicles.
I'm considering the possibility that I have somehow contracted gonorrhoea. I have read that gonorrhoea can make your testicles ache, if there was any white liquid as is common with gonorrhoea I would not have noticed it as my penis has been covered in cream recently. I have also read that gonorrhoea can be transferred to the eyes, and I am considering that the itch in my eyes is possibly gonorrhoea rather than conjunctivitis.
I had an STI check roughly 6 or 7 weeks ago and had no reply (I was told that no reply meant that everything was ok)
I'm extremely concerned and any help or information that can be offered would be much appreciated.
