I had unprotected sex with a female 12 weeks ago. Week 1 I had a sore penis and went to GUM clinic and was treated for Chlamydia. Chlamydia and gonnohorea results came back negative. 4 weeks in had pain in one testicle and was treated for epididymitus. 6 weeks to date (12 weeks) I have been suffering with tinnitus, sore throat, rash on penis with pain, anal fluttering, swollen lymph nodes, recurrent rashes, headaches and tiredness. I have tested out to 12 weeks for HIV, syphilis, hepatitis and numerous bacterial STIs, all negative. My life is a constant misery and doctors are at a loss to explain. Any suggestions please?

I'm not a doctor but i can say bro when you worry about it being STDs you body will actually act like like its having one like its all in the head.. I had sex unprotected and worried myself to death I had sore throats flu like symptoms I had all the symptoms that would associate with a disease but my body made it feel that way....

Appreciate you are not a doctor but do you think I can safely have unprotected sex with my regular partner?

It could have some psychological origin or could be another disease but it's not related to a STD as your negative tests show.
