Mild burning in urethra but NOT when urinating-STD??

I am 37 years old. I regretfully had an encounter with a massage parlor. We had protected vaginal sex for like 30 minutes. She then took off the condom and gave me a hand job. I finally finished masterbating myself. The next day around 13 hours later a had a mild burning\aching feeling in my Urethra and tip of penis. I freaked cause the mild sensation lasted thoughout the day. There is no change when I urinate actually the sensation of burning is decreassed when I urinate. This is the 2nd person in 20 years I had protected intercourse with. the last one which was 1 time was 10 years ago.

I went to my GP and he did a urinalysys and blood work. After 4 days the results came back negative for Chlamydia\Gonorrea-Herpes-Aids and I also took a home urinary track infection test and it was negative. Now 13 hours after the incident the symptom started and lasted for 5 days (on and off throughout the day) and then 2 weeks later (With no mild burning in urethra) after having unprotected sex with my girlfriend the next day the mild urethra burning started up again. My girlfreind is STD free and was confirmed.

I am at a loss as to what this is. I have had no discharge from penis and appearnce looks the same? I am going back to the Dr and ask for antibiotics. Question:

1. Could this be Prostatitis
2. Is there an STD im missing - I dont feel it could be especially just after 13 hours having burning symptoms.
3. I am a heavy beer drinker and wondering if that caused the issue of prostatis

**Any clue on what this is? Again there is no burning while urinating - Urethra just aches and MILD burning sensation throughout the day.

I meant to say we had protected sex for 3 minutes not 30.
