Month later after flu like symptoms. HELP!

I have posted on here a few times regarding my unprotected oral sex from an unknown older male who might I've had something.

I had three weeks of fatigue and melaise with white tongue and tongue sores. Untested for everything at 3 weeks, negative. Tested for HIV at 4 weeks, negative (although still felt very sick)

Since melaise hasn't been there and fatigue not as heavy my mouth has begun to show numerous issues.
My tongue is still shiny white even after I brush. My tongue sorrs are still slightly there and recently got small sand like bumps on the upper back part of my mouth. 24 hrs later I got a Venicle (photo taken, sent to a doc friend and told me a sister of herpes). With inflamed throat and sinus drip I'm not sure what to add this all up too. I tested for herpes at 3 weeks post exposure and it was negative.
So I know I didn't have this previous to the exposure. Now showing sings of this, does this mean I have herpes?

Although I revived oral sex and don't have lesions on my genitals. I do have frequent urination,
Always a full bladder and my girlfriend has the same issue.

Other worries, if I could of possibly gotten HIV if i got passed on herpes? Can heroes travel in my blood stream and effect inside my mouth? Could I have passed this onto my gf and would she get frequent acne break outs around her face (none on her mouth or lips).

She's been tanning and got a rash on insides of her elbows today.

I'm worrie and concerned with all these things poppIng up, please help and indicate what you think this is. Thanks and god bless!

OK, glad you feel strongly. Last question, took 4 week test for HIV came back negative I'm on 6 weeks now and inbetwern these weeks I've felt better(possible anti bodies finally showing) is that conclusive enough? Bc the docs don't seem to know what it is. Thanks again!

my advice is based on your symptoms, not just the generic you won't get std's from oral sex dear. your symptoms are not std related hence why I've continually told you that.

What do you want us to do diagnosis you? No we can't only your Dr can. We are here for advice and that is what we give but always go see a Dr.

If you can post on the internet then you can see a Dr.

Thanks for the comment!  I showed two docs my throat they both saw irritated throat white dry tongue and even sores on tongue. Neither of them did throat cultures maybe because I was worried about HIV and other things at the time so they just took blood and urine. Only problem
With these docs are walk in clinics in NYC. I dont have insurance so when i do meet with a doc they seem to cut corners to try and save me money or I'm sure they would of done a throat culture. I'll see if I can get in tmw am and get a urine test because of my very frequent urination (very bubbly for past two weeks-sign of releasing proteins that are needed to protect kidneys/bladder) I will also ask for a throat culture for thrush and any other possible infections in my mouth/throat.

Thanks for the comment, really appreciate it. It's difficult when you can't just go to your "regular doc" and have someone show you all the care and attentiOn needed to resolve a problem like this. Any comments and advice help and I really appreciate it.

God bless

I haven't been given really any advice from any mods besides "not an std" or "no risk." Seems like that's the route they all take to the subject of oral sex. So it's a coincidence that I got Ill two weeks after exposure with melaise and fatigue
(numerous other problems as well). None of this sounds like any kind of std? Feels as though as some sort of bacteria infected my uretha, first initial sign was it felt inflamed and urine wouldn't fully pass leaving me with wet underwear mOments after using the bathroom. I wasn't worried then until fatigue and melaise and irritated throat all came together.

Has your doctor done a culture for thrush?  Thrush can cause mouth and throat sores, sore throat, and if it continues you can also feel ill.  The main characteristic is the white tongue with sores.  I had thrush when I was about 18, and I was given an oral medication to get rid of it.  I too was terrified that I had contracted something serious.  If you haven't been checked for thrush, it would be a good idea.  I hope you are better soon!
