Muscle problems and syphilis

It is possible that my muscle infection (first achilles tendonitis then infected plantar fascia)  are problems due to untreated syphilis??

I had and possible exposure 3 years ago.

I can get tested in 3 weeks :(

No way. No stage of syphilis causes symptoms of this sort. But if you remain concerned, have a blood test. You can expect it to be negative.

Syphilis doesn't do anything like this. The only possible syphilis symptom 3 weeks after exposure is a chancre (open sore) at the site of exposure and perhaps inflamed lymph nodes nearby.
