My partner got syphilis.

Hi, I am asian living in South East Asia. I have a sexual partner from Oct 2015 till now.  I introduced him a routine sexual medical check, that later found out he is syphilis +.
Some facts:
1. MsM
2. Anal and Oral start in Oct 2015
3. My test 14 Maret 2016,  Hiv - STD -
4. 07 April 2016 He did at the same clinics and got Hiv -  but syphilis +, RPR 1:4, TPHA +
5. He is my only sexual partner.

Question:
1. How is my risk? Is it true that likely his syphilis is late latent that is why I dont get infected.
2. I did not have sex with him till he finished the medication, but later after we started to have sex.  I found out he did not attend the 2nd and 3rd therapy (pen shot).  By this accident, how is my risk? Should I get tested sooner? My next test would be in July.
3. Now he was prescribed by doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 28days.He planned to move in to my house. When we could start to have sex after his medication, how many days after? And will he be still contagious? We planned to have monogamous relationship.

Thank you.

Forgot to mention. I had some symptoms since January but I thought I doesn't related to syphilis.

1. January,  An Acne like lesion, really different from chance syphilis in google.
2. April, 7 days after intercourse,  three red patched, ichy and little burn/ pain sensation on my arm, no liquid just little raised from the surrounded skin.
3. May, 10 days after my latest intercourse, a mouth sore, white and tiny inside mouth, lower part chin(I am sorry for my English) ,  this is probably an ordinary mouth sore, isn't it?
