My wife and I

My wife and I have been together for about 2 years. We got pregnant in march and tested for STD's in april, and it resulted negative. Now in mid november, she got tested again and tested positive. Neither of us have been with anyone else. Is there some sort of way that one can get infected through a sex toy, or any other possible way??

What STD did she test positive for?  I know for a fact that pregnancy can cause some STD tests to yield false positive results.
