Need advice

I had intercourse with a sex worker yesterday.  She did give me oral without protection so I'm worried about that.  Also, we had protection during intercourse but shortly before we finished she had taken the condom off.  So I was in her for maybe 1-2 minutes without protection.  Once I realized what happened I felt sick inside.  I didn't ask her to do that.  Now I need to know the time frames for when I should get tested.  Soonest I can go is in 4 days.  Is that too soon?

Yes I know it was dumb and it will never happen again.  I can't believe it happened.  Really wish I hadn't gone.

Alright so went to the emergency room.  Doctor said it was up to me if I wanted to do it or not.  Out of abundance of caution I decided to do it.  They also gave me a crap ton of antibiotics to treat other STD's.  They said those would only be one time since it's so soon.  As far as pep they just gave me Truvada once a day for 7 days and I have to see a different doctor to get the rest.  Already took my first dose about 30 hours post exposure.

Anyone? Anyone? Been 24 hours since exposure. Will I even be allowed to get pep?  I wasn't that worried about it until now.  A friend of mine had unprotected sex with the same worker about a week ago and hasn't had any symptoms.

Isn't PEP only given when you know the person was HIV positive? Getting me waaaaay more worried.  I know that it's really really hard for a guy to catch it from a woman.  HIV really wasn't my big worry but now I'm scared.  Dammit

You should get to a doctor and get HIV medications right away.  Don't waste even 1 hr.   If you take a full HIV medications -- it's called PEP, then you can stop HIV.

In the US, it's Truvada + Isenterss.   You need to get your doctor to give you something similar.   Truvada is actually two drugs in one and they are two NRTIs.   Isenterss is a Integrase Inhibitor.

You can get Truvada in fairly easily.  Isenterss maybe harder to get, but the doctor can give you something else.  Please HURRY.

Please DO NOT WAIT.  Get this right away!
