Not sure if i have an STD

Hi so the back story...

Me and my best friend had a threesome with a girl whilst on holiday. I used a condom always for the vaginal sex but not for the oral. Since i came back from holiday i keep feeling the constant need to pee.

I do not experience any pain when urinating
My foreskin was slightly itchy but that maybe thrush since it seems to have gone down.
my testicles do not seem swollen and are not causing me any pain.
I've been purposely wearing black underwear and can not see any discharge on them or on my penis.

i can masturbate with zero issues.

i went to the doctors thinking maybe it was a UTI but that showed negative however last time i had a UTI the first test showed negative since id recently urinated and mistakenly did the same this time.

this was all last wednesday. should i be seeing more symptoms like burning pains if i did have an STD? or am i just being overly worried and its all in my head?

any help is greatly appreciated!

With no discharge it is unlikely to be a STD and oral sex is low risk for STD's. Follow up with your Dr, but STD's would be low risk as I said.

okay i feel pretty confident its just all in my head now then an the fact i need to keep peeing is something probably related to my bladder an recent alcohol abuse on holiday at least i hope!

Thank you so much vance2335 your doing good work here and i really appreciate it.

Can i just add that if i did have some sort of STD it would already be showing up now with at least one of the symptoms? an none of them include constantly needing to pee?

The urge to urinate can be a symptom but that is an urge every 15-20 mins and not much if anything comes out. But anxiety can also lead to that feeling.
