Hello there im a 26 year old male....that has recently a couple months ago been diagnosed with having chlamydia...an has been treated for it...an now a couple months later....i start to have these on an off painless pains in the tip of my penis....can u help an let me kno wat i should do....because i went back to a clinic to see if this was signs of the chlamydia and they told me to come back in five days...can u help me please?

They might give you a prostate exam, but you might have to ask.  If you are wondering if you've had it done and didn't know, that's not possible lol.  You'd know.

Google pearly penile papules and see if that fits.  

A prostate exam is when the doctor will feel your prostate by putting a finger in your rectum.  It doesn't test for any stds, but will help your doctor to determine what is going on.

There is no one test to test for all stds.  You need a urine test for gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU.  If you have an std, these would be most likely to cause the symptoms you have.  You can test for herpes, syphilis and HIV with a blood test.

an there is sumthin i noticed for years that ive had....its like bumps around the bottom head of penis i guess its like the crown of the penis head or bottom of the head...an it goes all the way around.....is that some type of std?

Well, you can try the juice and water and see if that works.  If it doesn't, then go back and ask for a prostate exam.

I have the exact same problem.  I was diagnosed with Lymphogranuloma venerum about 5 months ago, which is a form of chlamydia just not the exact same bacterial. I too finished all my meds and all my problems went away. But last week i started to get the burning feeling in the tip of my penis like I had to pee like crazy. It comes and goes but its really bad when i'm walking cuz my penis rubs on my underwear which irritates the tip. I believe it to be a small re occurrence of the bacteria, which can present as those symptoms.  i too went back to the doctor and they did another urethral culture and my tests came back negative. so go back to the doctor and see what they can do. Also no sex of any kind and drink lots of water. I found that the water will flush out your system and stop the burning for a while.

an another thing that i noticed is that this morning when afta i pee'd the lil sharp pain came again but it seem like it got worse becuz the pain lasted longer than usual....another thing that i am wondering is if it could be a urinary tract infection? um just sorry worried by this an want it to go away...wat could this be...do u think i should go back to clinic today an tell them or should i give it one more day

yea i think it could be that becuz its like it doesnt burn when i pee or nothin like its just afta everytime i pee i get this lil sharp pain soarness in the head tip of my penis....an if it is pelvic pain syndrome is that something serious that i should worry about

wow i wake up today an i actually thought it was gone an right as soon afta i take a **** that little soar burning feeling comes back in the head of my penis...ill just wait it out for the next couple days an see how wat happens...i read one of the other guys in the room sayin he had a kind of burning pain similiar to mine an said they diagnosed him wit pelvic pain syndrome...an i think thats wat it could be could it?
