One time unprotected sex with girl i met at a bar

I am a white male in college, met a girl (white as well and around my age) at a bar and took her back. I was drunk and I did not have a condom so i had unprotected sex for probably 1 minute. Right afterwards I urinated, washed myself off with water. About 30 minutes later I rubbed my penis with rubbing alcohol because I was freaking out about the stupid decision I just made with a stranger.

My Questions are:
1. I believe my risk is low, but should i get tested and when?
2. I am in a relationship with another woman, when is it safe to have sex with her again?
3. My current girlfriend is the only girl besides the one night stand I have had sex with in the last year. If I get anything she will know I cheated, what are the chances anything like hepatitis, herpes, STDs HIV anything passes through?

I feel terrible as I am in a happy relationship with a girl I want to marry and would hate me getting an STD to ruin it. I will never make this decision again and feel horrible, any advice?

Hepatitis and hiv are a real long shot. Bacterial std's like gonnerhia and chlamydia are the most common std's that you should worry about. You can test anytime after a few days. It's a urine test and you will have the results in a few days. Herpes takes 12 weeks for the test to be conclusive. Most people have a primary outbreak 3-10 days after exposure.
I would test for bacterial std's and if no outbreak after ten days. Then I would consider being with your current girlfriend. That being said I would wear a condom (hope you already do) to protect her until you test for hsv 12 weeks from exposure.
