Oral Gonorrhea Disseminating?

Just FYI on background:
I am 49 year old male with wife and kids - AND VERY, VERY SCARED!!
Initially I was scared I had HIV, but I am gaining confidence that I don't since I tested anonymously through www.requestatest.com the following:
20 days post exposure - HIV Neg, Chlymadia Neg, Syphillis Neg, Herpes 1  POS, Herpes 2 Neg,, All Hepatitis Neg
30 days post exposure - PCR HIV Neg and HIV ABS Neg
45 days post exposure - PCR HIV Neg and HIV ABS Neg
95 days post exposure - HIV ABS Neg
120 days post exposure - HIV Neg, Chlymadia Neg, Syphillis Neg, Herpes 1  POS, Herpes 2 Neg,, All Hepatitis Neg

So, after 120 days only Herpes I has tested positive.  Didn't tell family dr about indescretion, so he diagnosed as acid reflux.

I had the typical symptoms of feeling like I got hit by a bus about 15 days post exposure.  Exposure was I had oral sex with man.  I received.  He did ejaculate in my mouth.  Had depression (never had in my life), tongue got a white film on it, mouth was extremely dry, felt very tired and "out of it" for about a week.  Thought maybe it was candida, but was worried about HIV or STD mostly from articles I read.

At the same time I got my 95 day post exposure test, I developed two rashes - one on my shoulder and the other nearby on my upper back - both on the same side which both had a burning sensation. Never told the skin dr about the indiscretion.  He took a culture and it came back undetermined whether viral or bacterial.

Then at about 110 days post exposure test, I started to get arthritic on the tips of two fingers on my left hand.  This I haven't seen my doctor about yet.

If this is not STD what else could it be??  To me, I was hit so hard two weeks after the encounter, that I felt something was wrong with me & body.  On top of all that I got the rashes, arthritic problems, and tongue still has ongoing white film, dryness, discomfort sensation, and changes color to what eat.

Question:
(1) Could this be Oral Gonorrhea now disseminating into my blood and joints (gonoccal arthritis)?
(2) If so, wouldn't the blood test at 120 days post exposure should've been positive for gonorrhea?
(3) Whats up with my tongue??
(4) Any thoughts on what, if any, STD?

Thanks.  Still scared about whats going on.  Don't want to tell family doctor due to wife and kids.  I posted this on the doctor site also on MedHelp and doctor feels I don't have anything.  Maybe it is all mental, but it seems all to coincidental to me with the physical aspects of it all.  Before I believe its mental, I feel I need to eliminate the physical possibilities....your input is appreciated!!

Dr got mad cuz I think I asked too many questions.  But, the arthritic symptom just started a couple of weeks ago.  I hope I am just paranoid, but the last 5 months have been hell with anxiety.  Also, the symptoms keep coming one after another..I've narrowed it to what I think the only possibility - Oral Gonorrhea which could be disseminating.  I am going to Vegas tomorrow and I plan on talking to a doctor there.  I live in a small town in the midwest and being married with 3 kids I hope you understand my anxiety of not knowing for sure.  Why do state "it would not move that quickly to anything else?"

1) Very unlikely, most of the time oral gonorrhea will clear up on it's own after a couple of weeks and even if you did get and still have oral gonorrhea it would not move that quickly to anything else.
2) Blood test is not the best way to test for oral gonorrhea, you need a throat swab done.
3) No clue
4) Based on your tests and the symptoms does not sound like a STD.

Also you posted on the Dr's site but then came here, I don't understand because on the Dr's site it's a Dr. Believe what the Dr has told you on this site or see your regular Dr.
