Pain and lymph node swelling in left groin

I recieved unprotected oral sex a weekago and about two days after my groin on the left side was real tender and since ive noticed this the lymph node on that side has been swelled up. ive been going through symptom lists about everything i could possibly think of and couldnt find really anything solid, the only symptom i have is the swelling, no discharge or burning while urinating. ive also had a sharp pain in my abdomen just bellow my belly button and got worried about herpes but there is no redness or leasions anywhere to be found. my urine is still the same color and doesnt have any strong odor to it, im uninsured and hesitant to go to the doctor, im just looking for some kind of help here

I don't know about that.  You cannot determine what has caused the swollen lymph nodes without a doctor's examination.  And you cannot get that on the internet.

Nothing we can tell you except go to a doctor.  Risk of oral std's are very rare in general.
