Penis pain after oral/purple glans

Hello,
I received unprotected rather rough oral - don't know this person, a masseuse - and then noticed penis pain the next night when I tried to masturbate and then two days after the encounter I did masturbate and it stung. I have had pain since and was quite dehydrated for 2 days on the road and the following morning urination burned, urine darkish yellow. Or course I started to panic since was unprotected. I went to a urologist the next morning and then had some blood work done.  Waiting for the results.

I have no symptoms other than pain in the head of the penis and I the glans are sensitive to the touch and is slightly purple, like it's chafed. I did start taking Doxycycline and on day 3. It would put my mind GREATLY at ease to know not Herpes or any other STD. I know can't tell here but is there any indication out of the woods - no discharges at all or sores I can detect. Just skin somewhat tender to the touch on the head.

It has been 6 days since initial encounter and 4 days since I masturbated. But I have been poking and prodding it a bit too much.... THANKS for any positive words, though I know hard to tell, but with no real symptoms other than irritation does it sound ok. I have a very mild fever but suspect might be a side effect from antibiotic which is also making me nauseous. Do early Herpes symptoms look purple and can they start right away? THANKS!

Hi the timing of the symptoms and type of symptoms certainly appears as an injury for the act itself. Herpes are blister type not purple in color.
