Pimple Like Sore On Vagina

I just found a pimple like sore on the the inside of my inner lips in my vagina. It causes no pain unless touched. It's about the size of the tip of a Q-tip, and hard. I'm really scared it might be an STD like herpes. Can you have a first time herpes outbreak with only one sore? And would it be hard? Or is this just a pimple like thing or a cyst? How soon should I see my doctor about it?

You can try to see one right away so they can test the bump. Do not pop it. But because bumps could also be things other than std, you have to see a doctor to test and diagnose you.
