Please help! STD or NOT?

I recently had sex with my new partner and I notice that there are small dotted red area's on my head, and my head itches throughout the day. ( Sometimes it hardly itches ) The red area's are usually only noticable after sexual activity, or sometimes in the morning. I noticed very little white discharge in the mornings, but only sometimes. My head seems to be more sensative than usual, and it causes a slight discomfort during intercourse. I'm not circumsized. What do you think this could be?

My advice is to see a Dr, bumps or dots can be so many different things, it is hard to tell over the internet what it could be.

The small red dots do not stand out, and they are not bumps. They are just visible.
