Please help.. testicular pain

on the 2nd week of january i had an unprotected sex with a friend.. i dont feel any symptoms after.. Then a month later I had an oral sex with other friend, then i feel urge to urinate after that day. I went to a doctor and had my urinalysis and she said that i have an slight uti. She ordered me to take cipro 500mg twice a day for one week.. The burning urination dissapear, but testicular pain occurs.. I went again to a doctor and advice me to wear not fited underwear and it was effective, my testicular pain dissapears.... After one month another friend gave me an oral job. I felt again the burning urination and testicular pain altogether. I decided to take cipro for two weeks, burning urnation subside but the testicular pain remains.. until now im having this pain..  Last sunday i took 1 grm of Azithromycin and nothing has change in my pain until now..... please help..thanks..

if you had anything  at all does antibiotics you took killed it. I dont know why you continue to put your self at risk. why dont you use condoms?  


testing is as follows.

5-7 days clamydia and gono

6- weeks, syphillis

3 months HIV. HSV

Addition to that.. I dont have any discharge in my penis.. just burning sensation and testicular pain for now.. thanks..
1. is the azithromycin enough for this..??
