Please help, scared to death.

I had an unprotected oral sex 2 months ago with unknown women, the next day I had small blister in my mouth, and 4-5 days later I had sore throat( not very bad), got tested for strep, got negative results. Later that week my symptoms started growing like abdominal pain, lower back pain. more blisters in mouth which disappear with in day or two. I also small blister on my head of penis no pain. it went off in 2-3 days. went to doctor, gave me zpack for 5 days, felt better only for week. The symptom were back.. lower abdominal and back pain, took another z pack. didnt do any better. I have seen small blood blister which i poked and healed in the next day..

After one month, It was not getting any better so I went to doctor again, also had lesions on my tongue which started as small patch like rough texture.. its moving across my tongue. with white circle around that patch..
So I got tested for HSV and mono after 45 days, results came out negative. Later I had severe burning in my lower abdomen, mild pain in upper abdomen, and in my shoulder area believe the lymph nodes were burning and in pain. I took more antibiotics amoxicillin 3g dose.. it subsided the upper and lower abdominal pain.

The lesion is mouth are still there and getting worse. I see small pimples come on my penis head, small group on my shaft which disappear with in one day or two and come back and disappear again.My eyes were also burning.

I had std tests done this week( almost 2 months after the incident), chly, sphy, gonno.. all came back negative.Doc didnt give me any med,, bcos i don't have any discharge.I still have the lesion in my mouth. I feel mild pain in groin area on my left side..pain some time travel to penis.
I don't have discharge, no swelling of lymph nodes in neck, or groin. But i feel like my lymphs are swollen behind the knees. But No fever, No headache, no Chills, No rash on body, no diarrhea, no weight loss in two months.

I have pending HIV test next week. I am really scared,,
I was tested negative on all stds, does that mean I can HIV only.
please suggest,

I did give and receive oral.

I have got tested for

HSV 1, 2 and Mono after 45 days  results came back negative
Chylmd,N Gono, Syphillis, urinalysis after 60 days -- All are neagtive

Yes, I will go for HSV and HIV test next week.

praying that I don't catch any thing for this stupid act. Which I not going to do again.

first you didn't have a risk for HIV through oral sex  also, STD's don't present symptoms a day after an encounter. I'm not sure that you even have an STD.

2 did you receive or give oral? or both?

3 HSV isn't conclusive until 3 months post an exposure.

4 you've tested for all other STD's and you were neg. the only two you need retesting for is HSV and syphilis. Syphilis is conclusive at 6-8 weeks.

We're sorry but there is no way for us to diagnose you this is something you'll have to work with your doctor. I would defintely retest for the two although they were low risk exposures.
