Protected sex exposed to vaginal blood

Male here. Three days ago exactly I had protected sex with a sex worker.
We had sex for maybe 3-4 mins maximum when I realized i had her blood all over my pelvic area. I quickly got up and washed up with soap frantically . I was extremely worried considering that I had just shaved earlier that morning And might have razor cuts around the area where the blood had contact.
On the 3rd day which is today I have had really bad headaches all day and what felt like swollen tonsils and my scrotum seems to have a fungal infection, it's red and a little itchy . I'm really worried I know it's to early for any tests at this point. What are my chances of having an std ?

No risk unless you happened to inject some of this blood into your blood stream which I doubt u did.

No real risk for a STD, blood is not what transmits STD's.

Since my exposer to this I've been really depressed and oversleeping all day after work into the AM. I don't know if this has to do with my headaches and what feels like swollen tonsils/ neck pain it might. I would like to get you're opinions on my risk level of having an std . Thank you.
