Recieved oral sex and am now freaking out

I am 22 years old and recently received oral sex for about 3 minutes  from a prostitute not knowing that certain STDs can be transmitted through oral sex. Immediately after, I washed my penis with hand soap and water since hand soap was the only availability. After that, my penis started tingling a bit. I washed it again the next day and Now after about a day n a half after I received oral sex, the tip of my urethra seems to be red and it feels hot,at times. I'm not sure if it's from the hand soap or I have an std but I am severely worrying about this. My stupid decision has caused me endless stress and worrying. Please give any advice ASAP if possible to calm me down.

No std symptoms appear 2 days after exposure so you should not be worred. Takes about a week and consist of puss discharge or sores.

Hi, very low risk activity and the redness is almost certainly from constant washing and checking as redness is not a symptom of any std. Test for std,s if you have a long term partner but without any urethra irritations, white puss discharge or topical sore appearing about a week post exposure, testing would not be advised without these symptoms.

Update: day 2 after receiving oral sex. Just about every time I urinate, it seems fine while doing so but minutes after, there is a slight tingling/hot feeling but nothing severe. The tip of my urethra still seems red and inflamed. I am still a bit worried. I have only washed my penis twice with hand soap and water in a 18 hour period. Should I be worried?
