Red spots on penis after sex

I just had sex for the first time about 2 days ago (unprotected) then all of a sudden as i'm in the shower i start to see small tiny red spots forming and then by day for they have seemed to of spread. It does not hurt when i urinate, and neither do i have any sort of discharge but they do itch the tiniest little bit. It also looks like the skin has started to peel a tiny amount. I was just wondering if this was anything serious or just something like irritation.

Thanks.

Yes. Not saying you don't have a STD, but symptoms are not of a STD.

Well you did have unprotected sex, so you did have a risk, but your symptoms are not of a STD at this point.
