Risk of STD from masturbation

Wonder if someone could help reassure me. I've tried to read many threads about genital-hand-genital contact and getting a bit confused with hand-genital contact.

Many questions are from men and i cant find anything from the ladies.  I was with a man, no sex (penetration) involved, just mutual masturbation.  If he was touching/rubbing his penis then fingered me, would there be a risk?  Assuming there was some pre-cum on his fingers.

Also, he performed oral sex on me - any risks there?

Getting an std from giving or receiving oral sex is very very very rare.  As for the male to female hand-genital contact, hypothetically, fluid present on the fingers he would have used may potentially infect you depending on how long the bacteria was exposed to air. But I would be willing to bet there is not documentation to back up whether or not stds can be transmitted this way. And if it was possible the risk is not very high at all.  Probably even lower than getting an std from oral sex.

not worth testing over. i have never heard of anyone contracting an std this way. i wouldnt be concerned.
