I am 22 years old, I am sexually active. However I do not by any means sleep around. For the past 10 months i have been havin pain in the left side of my penis head and shaft. The pain goes away and comes back irregularly and can last for as little as a couple hours to weeks. I have been to my doctor numerous times and he suggested at first it be a yeast infection. he continued to suggest that it be that because it was tough to tell if the cream had helped to the irregularity. I then saw 2 more doctors one being a dermatologist and both of them said there was nothing there and it could be irritation. My gp performed a std on me however it did not test for "everything". I then went to a clinic and had a herpes type specific test performed and the results only told me that <0.90 on both tests indiviually and according to them it was a negative result. My symptoms include:
small raised skin colored pimples some of which are red that go away and come back. They can last for one day to multiple days.
on the head of my penis it appears as if there is a circle or oval shape area of which a layer of skin is missing. It is not red at all although sometimes seems to have a white appearance in a small area of it. the white spot is not hard and is very faint under the skin. Sometimes it is very tender.
On the rim of my penis it also appears that there may be another very small spot like this. These do not go away but are more visible at times than others.
On the top of my penis on the shaft I also have an oval area about 0.5 in long and 0.25 in wide that is not painful but the skin appears to be in a ridge around it. I have had this since this started
There is also a flesh colored pimple on the top of my penis which is not present all the time and seems to be more visible after a sexual encounter. There is also a small red spot which appears to look almost like a tiny cut that is tender and appears after a sexual encounter.
has anyone ever experienced something like this or heard of anythin like this. any help would be appreciated.
