STDs from a Handjob

I realize that there is little chance of infection from a handjob. I recently had a hand job where a guy jacked me off and used saliva on his own penis to jack off too and then after a little while used the same had to jack me off. There was semen exchanged, so I'm wondering what kind of risk I am at for stds. Also what should I look for in terms of symptoms for anything I might be at risk for? There is no risk here, unless I am confused as to what you mean by semen exchanged.

If his semen somehow got in your urethra, then you may be at risk, however small.

I would look for any burning, discharge, pain, etc.
