So I just masturbated quite a bit over the past week, and I'm now noticing a red and swollen perineum with what look like little scratches, and occasionally bleed. I have no pain or burning at all and am only bothered by it if I run my finger across it. I have noticed this happening more often but only after I masturbate or have sex. I'm wondering if this could just be irritation from masturbating or something else.

Hi yes it would appear and irritation from masturbating but maybe best to have a doc check you out for your peace of mind.
