Sebaceous Prominence ?

So I went to the dermatologist today for clusters of tiny bumps that recently have become quite apparent on the underside of my penis. The Dermatologist looked at them for about 30 seconds told me they were not std related. However they also told me that there was nothing they could do or prescribe to me that would help. That is unacceptable, I'm sorry for the urgency but these bumps have put my life on hold and I would really like a solution. From the research I've done I'm fairly sure I have sebaceous prominence,  Is there anything that could treat or at least reduce the appearance of these things be it temporarily or permanently? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think that you should see a different dermatologist.
