Should I be worried?

I have this small bump on my lower lip, however I tested negative for oral herpes. It doesn't look like a blister AT ALL, there's no pain (well except if I bite it). No burning, tingling, itching nothing! It's ON the lip and its the SAME Color as my lip, I don't see any redness around it. I was fishing at the beach from 12-10 yesterday could it be from the sun? Could it be that I bite my lips often?

Hi, if you tested negative then its not herpes but as you say, most likley from the sun.

I have bad anxiety, I've been seeing a girl since I was tested but she tested negative aswell and hasn't had any sores. It just bothersome not knowing what it is since it's not following any typical herpetic symptoms. I just wish I knew what to do for it
