Skin-to-Skin but no Penetration- STD RISK?

I am a 21 year old woman. About two and a half months ago, I had a drunken encounter with a man i met at the bar. We came back to my apartment and started kissing, and then took our clothes off. He got on top of me for a few seconds while we were naked (about 30 seconds), and then I stopped it. There was no penetration, just unprotected contact with his penis (don't know if it was the tip or not) and my vagina for about 30 seconds while he was on top of me. What is my risk for STD's? I have not had any visible symptoms, and I went to a clinic about a month later and got checked for chlamydia and gonorrhea, and they did not find anything. Two months later, I got tested for HIV and it came back negative. Is there a risk of HPV or Herpes from this exposure? Also, can I be sure that I really don't have chlamydia or gonorrhea from this exposure (Is being checked one month later enough time to know for sure?) Thank you for your help!

your test results are accurate and one month after exposure is enough time for testing although the common time to test is a week after exposure.  even though it is only 30 sec you were still able to get infections but since yours test for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HIV are negative thats good.  but the window for HIV testing is 3-6 months so you would have to go back to get tested for HIV for accuracy because 2 months is not the acurate time to test for HIV.  In your experience however, it is very rare to  get HIV since im assuming no body fluids were exchanged right? such as vaginal fluid, semen, blood?  that decreases your chance of getting HIV if no body fluids were exchanged but given your drunken encounter i dont know how accurate your sex with the man was.
Yes you can be at risk for herpes and HPV from your encounter. herpes symtoms can show up after 2 days but i dont remember if they dont show up if you have the virus.  HPV symptoms can show up after months or even years or not at all.  you annual pap smear will tell you if you have HPV or not.
