Small Red bump on Penis tip

I received Oral Sex on Saturday and Sunday night and I just noticed very small red bumps around the tip of my penis. It was 3 days until I noticed them. They could have been there before as I did not notice them but I did not look. They do not hurt nor do they burn and they feel flat (they aren't raised). I'm worried that it may be herpes although it does not seem like that. Your thoughts?

Thank you very much

this doesn't sound like a std going on from what you've described. if you are concerned, go and be seen and get a proper exam done.

I forgot to mention the last time the girl did it, she put on chap stick...Could it be a skin irritant?
