Hi there -
How old are you?
If you don't want your parents to know, then try an std clinic or Planned Parenthood. In the US, each state has different laws regarding minors getting std tested and treated, but your local std clinic or Planned Parenthood will know the laws in your state.
If you are in the UK or Canada, you can get treated without your parents knowing.

i am 16 and my planned parenthood here is 18 without adult
Can you tell your parents you think you have jock itch and want to see your doctor?
According to this - http://www.guttmacher.org/statecenter/spibs/spib_MASS.pdf - in Co, you don't have to have your parent with you, and they can't tell your parents unless you are testing for HIV, and its only allowed, not a must.
This also says the same thing - http://www.sexetc.org/state/?state_us_id=CO#hiv
Also, try an std clinic -

Aj
thank you.
i was wondering if you might know of what it might be?
Is it under the skin, on top of the skin? Does it have a white head on it?
Aj
it looks to be under the skin and there really isnt a head just a white bump..
Under the skin isn't an std. Its probably a cyst of some kind. While you attempt to get this checked, applying moist heat to it might help.
Just wet a washcloth, nuke it for about 30 seconds or so, and then apply it to the area for 20 min or so. There's no limit to how often you can do this, so just do it when its possible.
