Strange Issues.. Help Please.

Hello Doctor's.. I had a questions regarding issue's I've been having in my genital region. I'm looking for a second opinion. I get paranoid about anything happening "down there". Not to mention it's been affecting me emotinally always worrying about something being wrong.

I've been to my Physician and Urologist a few times now.

I'm a 24 year old male and I've had three partners total in my life. I have always had monogomous relationships, and I've been dating my recent girlfriend for a total of 8 months now.

We have unprotected sex, she is on the pill, (I know there are still risks). She told me she has been tested, and she is clean of any STD's.

Here's what's been going on:

I noticed probably a year ago or so a small pimple which appeared to be underneath the skin on the underside of my penis gland. I tried to pop it ( Bad Idea I know) and nothing happened. I shrugged it off for about 6 months and finally brought myself to my physician. He said it looked like a wart and prescribed some cream for me to put on it. I put it on and it did nothing. I went back to the doc's and he then tried to freeze it off.. (Boy did that hurt). He said it would flake off in about a week. It never did. (No pain from it either)

So I ended up going to the Urologist. He said it was just a cycst like bump that can happen in the penis glans.. and to pay no attention to it. OK. It finally went down now.. and it's not noticable really anymore. You REALLY have to look to see it.. and it doesn't hurt or anthing. I also noticed two small red bumps on the shaft of the penis, I popped them and clear fluid came out. Urologist said they can be normal.

So here's what's been happening lately. Around the sulcus area which I think is around the penis glans the skin is very red. Especially after irritiation.. About 5 months ago I masturbated and the next day I had what looked like a lesion around the sulcus area on the base of the penis RIGHT near the glans.. it was actually a cut. It went away.. but ever since then I've used lotion to masturbate in fear of it happening again! No pain during sex.. but sometimes the next day I have pain in the penis area like a sharp pain from my urethra every once in a great while. Both my physician and urologist tested my urine and found nothing. I've also been tested 8 months ago for HIV, AIDS, Syphallis, Gonnorea, Herpes and they found no trace.

My physician has perscribed hydrocortizone cream for the redness but it doesn't seem to be helping that much. I can take pictures if that's necessary or allowed on the forum.. I really am just looking for another opinion as it worries me and affects me emotinally. My Girlfriend shows no signs of issues. Although, she does get UTI's sometimes.. but I think that's unrelated.

Symptom Cliff Notes:
Current issues:
Year ago: Small bump underside head of the penis glans
7Months ago: redness around sulcus and small lesion after masterbation. No lesion anymore but redness around the glans where it connects to shaft.

Anyhelp is GREATLY appreciated.

Maybe it's constantly red because you've got your hands down there prodding and poking and pulling at yourself looking for "abnormalities."  Maybe it's your natural state after you jerk off. Who knows? You've got testing indicating you have no STDs. You also are banging a girl who you say has no STDs. You've got a doctor who tells you there's nothing there and gives you some cream for it. Just use the cream and forget about it.

waring: I apologize, I did not mean to be demeaning in anyway.

I dont understand why it would be constanty red all the time. I get random pains from the area as well. It's so hard to explain. I noticed it 5 months ago and it still persists.

"Symptom Cliff Notes." I've never seen anybody post anything like that before. Next time put it at the beginning and you'll save us some time.

Could it be that you are just hyper-anxious about your genitalia region? You noticed something 5 months ago, and you're still worried about it?

It's offensive to use the word "clean" to describe a person who is negative for STDs. It's demeaning. You are implying that people who have STDs are "dirty." A person who has an STD is simply a person who has an STD. I just don't understand the judgmentalism about it.

I guess what I want to know is, if you've been reassured by a doctor that you're fine except for some generalized irritation, why is that not an acceptable explanation to you?
